Events synced to Klaviyo from Customers.ai
- Collection view
This event is triggered when a customer views a group of products from the same category.
- Product view
This event is triggered when a customer clicks on a specific product to see the product details.
- Added to Cart
This event is type triggered when a user clicks a button or takes an action that indicates they want to add a product to their shopping cart.
- Removed from Cart
This event is type triggered when a user clicks a button or takes an action that indicates they want to remove a product to their shopping cart.
- Added Payment Info
This event is triggered when a user enters their payment details during a checkout or purchase flow on your website.
- Checkout Started
This event is triggered when a user proceeds from the cart to the checkout page and starts entering their information.
- Submitted Search
This event is triggered when a user actively submits a search query within a search interface — such as a search bar or form — rather than just typing or interacting with suggestions.
- Placed Order
This event is triggered when a customer successfully completes the checkout process and confirms the purchase on an e-commerce platform or within an order processing system.
- Active On Site
This event is triggered when a user is actively engaging with the website after a period of inactivity or upon arriving.
- Return visit
This event is triggered when a user comes back to a website after their initial session.
