Add a Salesforce Account
Under INTEGRATIONS, go to CRM CONNECTIONS and click Add a Salesforce Account. A login screen will pop-up where you need to enter your Salesforce credentials.
Allow access to Customers.ai
The following permissions are needed to make the integration work: Access the identity URL service, Manage user data via APIs and Perform requests. Click on the ALLOW button to proceed. Once the connection is established, it will show as CONNECTED.
Choose attributes to sync
Click the ⚙️ icon to map out attributes to sync and/or to add more attributes to sync to your Salesforce account.
Select how you want to sync the incoming contact from Customers.ai to your Salesforce account.
➡️ Sync All Customers.ai contacts to Salesforce. This option will send all contacts from Customers.ai to your Salesforce account. Take note that all leads will be tagged Customers.ai. You may add tag/tags to your synced Contacts, though that will be more useful if you select the other option "Choose an Audience to Sync from". ➡️ Choose an Audience to Sync from. Use this option to sync specific audience/audiences to your Salesforce account. Take note that all leads will be tagged Customers.ai. You may add tag/s to your synced Contacts.
Activate the Integration to begin contact sync
Toggle the CONTACT SYNC button 🔘 to YES. Make sure to enable tags using the instructions HERE.
