In your Klaviyo dashboard sidebar, go to Analytics, then select Metrics, search for Customers.ai Tracking Gap

The Tracking Gap metric (4,771) represents the number of user events that were captured by Customers.ai’s first-party (1P) pixel but not tracked by Klaviyo’s third-party (3P) tools.
