How to Build a Custom Report of Sales by Customers.ai Revealed Contacts Synced to Klaviyo

This article describes the steps you can take within Klaviyo to build a custom report of orders placed by contacts revealed by Customers.ai identity resoution, which were then synced to Klaviyo for email remarketing workflows.

This analytics report is built directly within Klaviyo so that you can see the actual orders attributed to Customers.ai provided website visitor contacts.

Access Custom reports on the main dashboard and Create a report from scratch.
Logged in to Klaviyo, go to Analytics > Custom Reports from the main dashboard and select Create from scratch.
Create a Multi metric deep dive report.
Select Multi metric deep dive report on the dropdown and label your report.
Configure your report starting with the METRICS.
Filter using the the metric Placed Order, VALUE then SUM & Placed Order, TOTAL then SUM.
Proceed to add Filter for Customers.ai.
On the section Group or Filter, click on +Add Filter Select Customers.ai sync on the filter criteriaSelect 1 on the VALUE
Select the Timeframe of the report.
Select a CUSTOM timeframe that will allow you to select a date range. Once a date range is selected, make sure to select ENTIRE RANGE.
Save and Run the Report.
Click on Save & Run report. You will immediately see the Result Preview.

Building this custom report in Klaviyo provides valuable insights into the purchasing behavior of contacts identified through Customers.ai's visitor identification.
