Here's how to connect Customers.ai revealed visitors to Sendlane audiences and workflows..
- Log in to your Sendlane account and open Settings -> API (or follow this link).
- Click + API Token.
- Name your API key and click Create button.
- Click Copy API Token and Done buttons.
- Paste the created key to the Customers.ai app -> Integrations -> Sendlane and click Connect.
- Once connected, choose audience to sync.
- Choose the Sendlane list that new leads will be posted to.
- Enable Contacts Sync on toggle.
