Connecting a Facebook Page to your Website page in Customers.ai

To connect a Facebook and Instagram Page, users need to be logged in using their Facebook account that has Admin role or Full Control of the Page.
Logged in via Facebook Account
1. Select Integrations on your Dashboard and go to the Facebook tab. Click on Connect a Facebook page.
2. There will be a pop-up, showing a list of the Facebook pages that your Facebook account can connect. Click on CONNECT opposite the Facebook page you want to connect to this Website page. If the page you want to connect is already connected by another user, please send an email to your Account Manager or support@customers.ai with a screenshot showing the page and the error message. 
3. When you see this pop-up. Make sure ALL permissions are enabled. Then click on CONTINUE as {username}.

2. You will be prompted to login using your Facebook account.
If you get the error message below, please contact your account manager or support@customers.ai and attach a screenshot. This means you previously connected your Facebook account to Customers.ai. 
3. You will be asked to Grant permissions to Customers.ai. Please make sure ALL permissions are enabled.
4. There will be a pop-up, showing a list of the Facebook pages that your Facebook account can connect. Click on CONNECT opposite the Facebook page you want to connect to this Website page. If the page you want to connect is already connected by another user, please send an email to your Account Manager or support@customers.ai with a screenshot showing the page and the error message.
