How does it work?

To participate in this guarantee you must activate at least 4 out of the 5 Customers.ai messaging services including: Instagram Service Activation, Facebook Messenger Service Activation, Website Service Activation, SMS Service Activation (SMS Automation Service Activation required and supported for U.S. and Canada only), and Email Service Activation.

Customers.ai messaging services: Instagram Automation Service Activation, Facebook Messenger Service Activation, Website Chat Automation Service Activation, and SMS Automation Service Activation (SMS Automation Service Activation required and supported for US & Canada Only). This guarantee does not apply to RoboBDR™️ or to Managed Service programs. If Customers.ai fails to create 20 leads/contacts with the Startup Edition subscription or 50 leads/contacts with the Growth Edition or Team subscription, after 120 days of use with Required Activated Messaging Services, you are eligible for a refund.

Activation of at least 4 messaging services is required. The Required Activated Messaging Services are described below.

Once 4 of these 5 Required Activated Messaging Services are activated, the 90-day activated period required for eligibility of the new leads guarantee begins.

  • Activate at least 1 Instagram Catch-All Comment Autoresponder.
  • Post 1 Instagram Main Feed post at least every two weeks during the 120-day duration.
