What are Business Hours settings?

These are the hours of operation for your business.

What are Business Hours used for?

There are 2 ways Business Hours can be used:

  1. You can activate an Away Dialogue in the "Away Settings" section of your Inbox settings. When this feature is turned on, you can set a different Dialogue that will working during off hours (hours outside of your Business Hours). See this help article for more information.
  2. These business hours will be used as available appointment times for the appointment booking widget, as long as the times don't conflict with other meetings you have in your calendar. [COMING SOON]
