How To Use Customers.ai To Send Coupon Codes To Your Customers

Welcome back to this exciting lecture Chatbot fans. This is super exciting because we’re gonna actually go and build our first Chatbot, and this is a chat bot that we’re going to send out. So really awesome. So let’s go ahead and do it.

Back in here in Mobile Monkey and again we’re building our first coupon sale Chatbot, and the beautiful thing is I know based on my diagrams and my planning exactly how I want to build it and what I want to actually build in what I want to say.

We’re gonna start off with a quick question. I’m gonna add a quick question. With a quick question, you always want to be engaging right we want to start off by asking the user a question.

You remember you have to also know your business. So who are your customers, what are your demographics, what are people like and make it relevant to your to your business.

I’m gonna start off by saying hey first name and if you don’t get the twirl down when you open up the two square brackets, sometimes you just need to type it in manually.

I just sort of had this idea. Maybe we’ll ask them how many hours a night they spend on their couch something like that.

Again, this is something to be light it’s to be engaging. Remember, we said if we get somebody to respond to our blast, we get to keep them on our audience. It’s also good to engage even though that’s the primary focus of a drip campaign, there’s nothing wrong with making that happen in a chat blast.

we’re gonna do a new attribute called throw away so I don’t need to– I think I have a throw away saved. I don’t I don’t need to save that attribute. I’m not gonna use; however, they answer this in any specific way.

I’m gonna let them just be a text response. So meaning free form. I don’t care what they answer, I just want them to engage I want them to engage with my bot.

Now, I’m gonna respond with something light and fun. Maybe we’ll do let’s say find a gif of like a couch potato. I opened up the gif widget couch potato. Let’s see, this one’s pretty funny. You have the dog on the couch, and I’m gonna put in now a text widget that talks about the coupon.

First I’m gonna do a typing widget. maybe we’ll do typing for 4 seconds or so, four or five seconds to give it a little bit of a break, and we’re going to now write in our coupon code.

Remember, we want to do scarcity and urgency. I’m going to type in first-name, Sofa Mania is running a limited time promotion this week and offering coupon code, only available through Facebook Messenger, use code SM special at checkout to save an additional 20%.in any in stock item.

Now, we forgot one thing, we want to go back to the top. I always want to write something like a reply, stop at any time to opt out of messages from us something like that.

Now, go back down here so use coda SM special that check out to save an additional 20% of any in stock. I’m gonna add a button that brings people to the website. Shop sale now, and put in their website URL. I’m just gonna grab it copy it simple paste and add the button.

This is really a complete chat blast right now. We’ve already added the button. We might want to add a couple gallery links. That was one of the idea down here to add. We have scarcity we have urgency. There’s only a few there’s it’s the sale is gonna end at the end of this week it’s exclusive which is great.

Let’s go ahead and add a gallery link of some of our popular products. I’m gonna put in typing first, and I’m gonna say something like do six seconds, and then we’ll put in just a prompt. It’s like here are three of our best selling items in case you wanted just check them out.

We’re going to add a gallery link, and we have to grab some pictures. I happen to know this brand very well. They’re a client of ours. I know exactly what are their best– I know what their best selling items are, so we’re gonna take the bob’s classic. Save the image first. Grab a title, grab a URL, and I’ll even put the price here in the description. So 4.69 48% off I’m gonna put the price here and in parentheses how much percent off, 48%off limited or I’ll say only a few left.

The URL field will allow a person to just click the image or click the link and go straight there, but there’s nothing wrong with adding the button there as well. Shop now and I could put the URL right there. add the button. I’m gonna add another item. Oh I got to add the picture. Format it as a rectangle. I’m gonna have to crop it maybe.

Now, I’m gonna be able to crop my image to a rectangle drag it to center it how I want it, click crop. My picture should look nicely in. the meantime, I will go get the next product. We’re gonna do this one here, save the image, grab the URL, grab the title, put the image in, URL, add a button, description.

I think it’s five 49 48, 549 39% off, and add one more item. This one’s gonna be a loveseat, and we’re going to take this one grab, the URL grab, the title.

Only if you left, grab the URL, add the button, and we have an image and great.

That’s basically a fantastic chat blast. We have a bunch of different widgets here. The fact that this was so quick to build, I don’t know eight minutes in seven minutes something like that, I was doing a lot of talking and in a gallery widget take some time.

This is five minutes to build a really useful and what I think is gonna be an effective chat blast.
