Customers.ai is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. We help marketers, sellers and owners of B2C businesses find their customers in the most cost-effective way: targeted outbound marketing and sales outreach automation. Based out of Boston and founded by Larry Kim, one of the most recognized and influential marketers in the world.
The Account Executive will work to build and manage a strong pipeline of SMB and Enterprise prospects driving new revenue growth through outbound and inbound efforts. This position will be responsible for full cycle sales including; outbound lead generation, inbound lead qualification, product demos, presentations, negotiation and closing. You will be working in a fast-paced environment owning multiple initiatives and taking part in launching a start-up to the next level. Excited yet?

Here is some of what you will do:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline. This includes outbound lead generation (50%) and inbound lead qualification (50%)
- Book qualified demos and run consultative software sales demos and presentations
- Be persistent and conduct professional sales follow up activities
- Handle negotiation and closing
- Work cross functionally with the Customer Success team to execute follow through upsell strategies
- Work cross functionally with the Affiliate Management team to identify and develop Affiliate Partner and Channel opportunities
- Define and develop key metrics and monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance metrics
- Forecast and analyze sales campaign and performance metrics
- Perform cold calls, account management calls, create creative sales development campaigns, run demos and presentations and respond to customer requests and inquiries
- This is a sales driven hunter role. Must be okay with performing a high volume of calls per day at times to drive new business generation (60+ calls per day)

- 2 years SaaS sales experience – full cycle sales experience preferred
- Experience in Digital Marketing programs like paid search, email marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing etc. is a plus

What you’ll do:
- Qualify and nurture sales leads via outbound activities (email and call drives), as well as manage legacy data compiled through past outbound sales activities.
- Make initial sales contact to identify account decision-makers, understand the prospect’s business needs and make recommendations for next steps.

Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science from a good school
- Top-notch coding skills
