16. Up your GIF game with Burstio: iOS
Everyone loves sharing GIFs (as long as you never say that word out loud). There are multiple apps out there to help you create these shortest-of-short-form videos, but Burstio is one of the few that lets you create GIFs…without actually ever recording a video.
