Introduction to the program
Who is this program for? Customers.ai’s Reseller Partner program is for Affiliate Marketers, Agencies and Customers.ai power users who want to earn commission when they refer Customers.ai to their network and clients.
How does it work? Resellers get a unique link that tracks referrals sent to Customers.ai. When a referral upgrades to a paid subscription, the Reseller Partner earns a revenue share every month for the life of the subscription.

These are the terms and conditions for participating in the Customers.ai Reseller Program. This document outlines in its entirety the agreement between you (the Partner) and us (Customers.ai) and describes how we will work together, the aspects of our business relationship as well the specifics of our this program works. These Terms of Service are important and our goal is to make them as simple as possible to understand and comply with. By participating in our Reseller Partner Program, you are acknowledging that you understand and are agreeing to these terms. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance
I. Applying for the Program
You may apply for our Reseller program by signing up here. You will be asked to provide relevant business information including a Paypal account which is required to receive reseller commissions. Once your application is accepted, you will receive a login to your Reseller Portal and Reseller Link to begin promoting and earning commissions. We reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from our program at our discretion.
II. Reseller Portal and Referral Tracking
Your Reseller Portal is unique to you. It contains everything you’ll need to keep track of your referrals, commissions and payments.
- Your Reseller Link
- List of your referrals
- List of paid users, revenue and commissions.
- Monthly payouts
Your Reseller Link:
When a user clicks through your unique Reseller link a cookie is installed on their browser. The cookie lasts for 90 days. Note: cookies work well for tracking this type referral but they are limited in a few ways including but not limited to:
- A user who disables or clears cookies on a browser may not be tracked.
- A user switches browsers or devices may not be tracked.
- A user who already has a Customers.ai acct will not be credited to you.
When a referral visits our site from your unique Reseller link, we will be able to register their sign up and credit the referred user to you. You will be able to view new referrals immediately within your Reseller Portal. Remember, all users start as “free” users in Customers.ai and there is no obligation for them to purchase.
As your referrals upgrade to paid subscriber in Customers.ai, you will earn Reseller commissions. You will be able to view all referrals and paid users within your Reseller Portal.
III. Reseller Commissions
Resellers earn a revenue share commission for every paid Subscriber with their Reseller tracking code applied.
Revenue share commission is paid for the life of the original continuous subscription. When a subscription is canceled or paused for any reason the revenue share commission on the subscription ends. The commission revenue share percent is agreed upon during the application process and visible within you Reseller Portal. We may at our discretion change the commission percent for new referrals. A change in commission percent will only affect new referrals and not be retroactive to referrals already being paid out. Commissions are considered earned after a referral has successfully paid for and completed a month of service. And commission are paid out by the 7th of every month (within approximately 45 days in most cases)
Example:
- Referral pays on January 28th for Customers.ai service through February 28th.
- After February 28th, the referral has successfully completed the month of service.
- This referral commission is now earned and will be paid out on the next commission payment cycle: by March 7th.
We pay you via PayPal to an account you provide.
Minimums:
Resellers must referrer a minimum of 3 paid subscribers with combined earned commissions of $100 in order to receive a payout. Earned commission does not expire. As soon as a Reseller accumulates the minimums of 3 subscribers and $100 in earned commissions they are eligible for payout in the next payout cycle.
Referral Tracking Policy:
Only referrals successfully tracked via your referral link will be credited towards your Reseller Account and eligible for commission. Because there are many ways an individual referral may not be tracked (some of them listed above) and it is not possible for us to follow up an every instance, we strictly adhere to this policy.
IV. Reseller Partner Relationship
a. Reseller Rights and Obligations. We grant you, subject to the limitations set forth below, a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to: (i) demonstrate and promote Customers.ai Products to your prospects and customers, and (ii) At our discretion, we will provide limited sales support to you, such as email support or joining on a call with a prospect.
b. Compliance with Program Policies and restrictions set forth: (i) Search Engine Marketing. We already run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google; therefore, we ask our affiliates not to run SEM campaigns for our products and services on Google, Facebook or other major ad networks. (ii) You must always represent yourself accurately as a Reseller Partner of Customers.ai and make no claims of relationship to the company beyond what is described in this agreement. (iii) You must not take part in any actions that would cause harm to the reputation of Customers.ai or falsely represent Customers.ai products or services in writing or verbally.
c. Non-Exclusivity. This Agreement does not create an exclusive agreement between you and Customers.ai. Both you and we will have the right to recommend similar products and services of third parties and to work with other parties in connection with the design, sale, installation, implementation and use of similar services and products of third parties.
d. Trademark. During the term of this Agreement, you may use our trademark as long as you follow the usage requirements in this section. You must: (i) only use the images of our trademark that we make available to you, without altering them in any way; (ii) only use our trademarks in connection with the Reseller Partner Program and this Agreement; and (iii) immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use. You must not: (i) use our trademark in a misleading or disparaging way; (ii) use our trademark in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor or approve of your services or products; or (iii) use our trademark in violation of applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material.
e. This Reseller Partner Agreement includes the terms in our Master Service Agreement.
Failure to comply with the above policies may result in termination from the Reseller Program.
V. Terminations
We make it our mission to demonstrated our obligations for you to become a highly prosperous and long term Reseller Partner. And this Agreement has been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between us. However, we reserve the right to end the partnership or program at anytime, and so can you.
Effects of Expiration/Termination:
Expiration of this Agreement, and termination of this Agreement without cause by us or by you, shall not affect our obligation to pay you a revenue share commission, so long as the related payments by the referred Users continue to be recognized after the date of such termination or expiration. However, upon termination we will not pay you revenue share commissions on new referred user subscriptions recognized by us thirty 30 days after the date of such termination or expiration.
In the event of termination with cause by you or by us, our obligation to pay and your right to receive any revenue share commission will terminate upon the date of such termination, regardless of whether you would have otherwise been eligible to receive Revenue Share prior to the date of termination. We reserve the right to determine cause for termination.
Upon termination or expiration, you will immediately discontinue all use of our trademark.
