Especially When both sdk are in different languages or in different version. In this case \u2013 try uninstall the other source that add\u2019s Facebook sdk and test ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Cache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes cache plugins installed on website may not updated according to the settings. clear the cache created by cache plugins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If mobile alone its not working, then it might be browser cache, clear the cache from the browser and test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Add correct page id<\/strong> in Plugin Settings page<br>( Find <a href=\"https:\/\/customers.ai\/wp-chatbot\/find-facebook-page-id\/\">Facebook Page ID<\/a> )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Referrer-Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>make sure&nbsp;<strong>Referrer-Policy header<\/strong> is not set to&nbsp;<strong>no-referrer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/customers.ai\/wp-chatbot\/wp-chatbot-settings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plugin settings page<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>WP-Chabot plugin pass the values based on your plugin settings.<br>Most of the things will be handle by Facebook SDK ( loading Messenger, Styles \u2026 ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case any issue with the plugin, please <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/plugin\/wp-chatbot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">create a new topic in plugin support forum<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case any issue with the Facebook related things \u2013 please report it to Facebook team<br><a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/bugs\/\">https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/bugs\/<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/bugs\/create\/\">https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/bugs\/create\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In case any issue with the plugin or messenger &#8211; please check these basic troubleshooting things.
